Chef Cobi Bachar
One of the top chefs in Israel, Chef Bachar started his restaurant career in the iconic gourmet seafood restaurant Mul Yam, where he was the kitchen manager and right hand of Chef Yoram Nitzan for a decade. Later Chef Bachar became the head chef of two restaurants – ‘Roof Top’ and ‘Happy Fish’ -both located in Mammilla Hotel, Jerusalem’s lifestyle luxurious hotel. In the last five years Cobi was head chef of one of Tel Aviv’s most prestigious restaurants, ‘Pastel’, located next to the Tel Aviv Museum of Art and the Opera.

Chef Jonathan Sharvit

Considered one of the hottest young chefs in Israel, Chef Jonathan Sharvit, who was a popular finalist in the TV cooking reality ‘The Chefs’ Games’, began his culinary career working for numerous starred establishments, among them Carmel in Milan, Italy; Osteria 55 in Milan, Italy; Babu in Melbourne, Australia and an apprenticeship at Martin Lippo, Spain. In the last few years, Jonathan worked with restaurant entrepreneurs in Israel, building menus and opening restaurants. Recently he also opened a pop-up restaurant at the Dan Caesarea Resort Hotel, and he runs an upscale catering service.

Chef Danna-Lee Berman

Danna-Lee Berman has been working in professional kitchens for over a decade. She was the acting chef of ‘Bar à Vin’, one of the hottest spots in Tel Aviv. Danna is an awarded graduate of Cordon Bleu Australia. After graduating she worked at one of Jamie Oliver’s restaurants in Australia and upon returning to Israel, worked at a few of the leading Tel Aviv restaurants, such as The Dining Room, Taizu, and for two and a half years as David Frenkel’s sous-chef at the upscale Italian restaurant Pronto in Tel Aviv. Specializing in Italian regional cuisine, Chef Danna-Lee cultivates a new generation of female chefs in her kitchens.

Sommelier

Considered one of the leading sommeliers in Israel, Efi Kotz is the chief sommelier at the leading Lifestyle Hotel Mammilla, as well as in the prestigious David’s Citadel Hotel, both in Jerusalem, where, among his other responsibilities, he is in charge of the wine menu and wine pairing in the hotels’ trendy restaurants.

Efi Kotz is a very busy sommelier and he is invited regularly to judge in wine competitions both in Israel and around the globe. He is considered an expert in the subject of Israeli wines and wineries, and works tirelessly to advance them around the globe.
