Ptora

Olive Oil

Thirty years after planting an olive grove in the Lachish region, the Tamir family discovered a Byzantine wine cellar nearby, indicating that it is a fertile land for extensive agricultural activity. That`s how the name was chosen: Ptora, like the name of the ancient city.
The family farm specializes in growing olives and grapes, while producing excellent extra virgin olive oil, which has worldwide recognition and awards in the most important international competitions, including winning the best olive oil brand award in Israel for the second year in a row. In addition, the farm produces local boutique wines, unforgettable honey, natural confitures and gift boxes of culinary delights from excellent Israeli agriculture.
