Today, Binyamina combines decades of tradition with a modern, accessible approach to winemaking. Working with vineyards across diverse terroirs from the Galilee to the Negev, the winery is known for expressive blends and approachable, well crafted wines that reflect both heritage and contemporary Israeli culture.
Binyamina exports across North America and to many countries around the world. The winery is led today by head winemaker Yotam Sharon, who continues to shape its modern stylistic direction.

Vitkin Winery is considered one of the pioneers of Israel’s modern Mediterranean wine movement. Founded in 2001 by Doron and Sharona Belogolovsky together with Assaf Paz, who serves as the founding winemaker and creative force behind the winery, it was among the first wineries to challenge conventional styles and champion indigenous and Mediterranean grape varieties.
With a strong focus on authenticity, place, and freshness, Vitkin creates wines that feel vibrant, precise, and distinctly local.
The winery’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that Israeli wine should reflect its climate, cuisine, and cultural energy, resulting in elegant, expressive bottles that feel both innovative and deeply grounded.
