Working with vineyards across diverse terroirs from the Galilee to the Negev, the winery is known for expressive blends and approachable, well crafted wines that reflect both heritage and contemporary Israeli culture.

With a strong focus on authenticity, place, and freshness, Vitkin creates wines that feel vibrant, precise, and distinctly local.

The winery’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that Israeli wine should reflect its climate, cuisine, and cultural energy, resulting in elegant, expressive bottles that feel both innovative and deeply grounded.
