After the success of the Tel Aviv Groove series of events in Los Angeles last October, the trendy and exciting Tel Aviv Groove culinary series of pop-up events are coming to the Big Apple and will celebrate three exciting days in New York City: February 19-21, 2023. This time, it is bigger, better and much more exciting. First we take Manhattan, then – other big cities around the world.

Meat Restaurant located in Crown Heights Brooklyn is a chef’s restaurant centered around a rich and creative meat menu. The interior design and architecture of the restaurant space combines historic Brooklyn with contemporary design.

Chef Roger Mifsud will host Chef Jonathan Sharvit at Meat Restaurant and the two will infuse the guests with a mouth-watering journey that will take you inside the olive groves of Israel with Ptora’s olive oils, accompanied by special dishes with a Mediterranean aroma created with meticulous work, just like Chef Sharvit likes it.

On February 19th, 2023, Bambina Blue will turn into a magical pop-up centered on olive oil – created with the Israeli olive oil boutique brand: Ptora. While day by day, we know Bambina Blue as a must visit boutique ice cream parlor, but on this day – Chef Assaf Maoz will host Chef Yossi Sherf for a joint creation of entertaining dishes that include the “Liquid of the Gods”. From salty snacks, small bites, olive oil cookies (love cookies) and of course, yogurt ice cream with olive oil.

Israeli wine and olive oil tasting workshop – accompanied by bites.

The Tel Aviv Groove team will embrace the participants of the workshop for a short hour of conversation about the flavors of the new Israeli cuisine, alongside a wine tasting curated by Binyamina Winery and a selection of olive oils from the Ptora’s olive oil boutique brand. The workshop will be accompanied by dishes by chef Tal Abaov from the prestigious Rothschild TLV restaurant in Manhattan. In the workshop you can meet the Tel Aviv chefs Yossi Sherf and Jonathan Sharvit for a conversation about the new Israeli cuisine.

Length of the workshop: an hour and a half.
