The trendy and exciting culinary Tel Aviv Groove pop-up event series is returning following the demand of LA’s Foodies. After last October’s excellent success, we are about to celebrate four days in Los Angeles, February 24-27, 2023, and we are coming back – bigger, better and much more exciting. A series of live pop-ups that will continue in big cities around the world.

The Tel Aviv Groove is excited to collaborate with Mirame restaurant.
Founded by Michelin-starred Chef Joshua Gil and co-partner Matthew Egan, Mirame is rooted in contemporary Mexican cuisine with a California sensibility. Chef Gil’s ever-evolving, ingredient-driven menu embraces regional Mexican flavors using local and seasonal influences.
Chef Joshua Gil will host Israeli Chef Jonathan Sharvit for an evening of joint creation. Add the bold flavors of Joshua’s creations to the boldness of the Mediterranean flavors and Chef Sharvit’s Tel-Avivness, and you have a culinary experience that simply must not be missed.

Chef Yoav Schverd’s successful bistro Nua in Beverly Hills is a place where you want to start your morning, have lunch or enjoy dinner. Chef Schverd’s menu is extremely delicious, and the staff is always happy to see you.
Chef Schverd will host Chef Daniel Shalit, and the two will create delightful specials that will accompany the curated wine menu of Binyamina Winery and the whisky samples chosen by the Israeli Milk & Honey Whisky Distillery.

Chef Adir Cohen and Chef Liad Ichiye serve a high-end Kosher Mediterranean fusion cuisine in this new restaurant located in the heart of Los Angeles’s La Brea neighborhood. The up-scale relaxed restaurant will host Chef Jonathan Sharvit, who, together with Chef Cohen and Chef Ichiye, will create a Mediterranean gourmet dinner menu, accompanied by excellent wines from the Binyamina Winery’s portfolio, chosen by the chefs together with an Israeli sommelier, to enhance the fresh flavors.

The old-fashioned Divino restaurant in the Brentwood neighborhood has long since become a well-known and established institution. Chef Goran Milic serves Italian cuisine with a lot of southern Mediterranean influences.
Chef Milic will host Chef Daniel Shalit, and in the magical and intimate restaurant, the two will create delicious dishes which will be paired with a special wine menu from Binyamina Winery alongside olive oil tastings from the Ptora boutique olive brand.
